Service Description

Hā is the breathe of life, originating from the ultimate creative source. Hā gives life into what is intentioned. Aro is having intentional presence. Aro Hā is guided breathe work that gently miri's the internal layers and systems of the body. Applied alongside mirimiri and romiromi, or can be used independently. The client is guided on how to apply Aro Hā. Can be calming, helpful and healing to people who experience heightened emotions. Often used alongside mirimiri and romiromi.


Cancellation Policy

Please read the entire booking and cancellation policy below which you agree to by booking. Additional copies are emailed and provided in the Q & A section of the website. 1) WHEN BOOKING A place in our schedule is reserved exclusively for the booking. We start preparing for the appointment in advance of the session itself. We guarantee to turn up prepared and ready to work with you at the booked time. Cancellations within 48 hours of your booking are difficult to refill with another client. Therefore, refunds are not given. Cancellations due to 'change of mind' or 'unforeseen circumstances' are not refunded; please ensure you want to buy before you purchase. We understand 'stuff happens' and, where possible, offer alternatives below. 2) CANCELLATIONS a) Cancellations with 48 hours prior notice: Refunds are not given for cancellations. You can, • Reschedule to a new date and time for use within 3 months, • Find another person to use your same booked date and time, • Transfer to a Gift Card for use within 3-months, • Or, donate forward to a person in need of the service. b) Cancellations within 48 hours of a booked appointment: Refunds are not given for cancellations. You can find another person to use your same booked date and time at no loss of payment. Otherwise, 50% of the $ value of the booking is forfeited. With the remaining balance, you can: • Reschedule to a new date and time for use within 3 months, • Transfer to a Gift Card for use within 3 months, • Or, donate forward to a person in need of the service. 3) RESCHEDULING Where rescheduling is allowed (see above) click the 'view appointment details' link in your confirmation email. Rescheduling is subject to availability. 4) LATE ARRIVAL If you are running late, text or call as soon as you know. We stick to the allocated time you booked with us. Refunds are not given for time missed. It will be at our discretion to accommodate a rollover of time dependent on the practitioner's schedule. We urge you to please be on time. 5) NO SHOWS No refunds or alternative options are given for people who do not turn up to a booked appointment. 6) SICK If you are physically unwell cancellation clauses (2a) and (2b) above will apply. If we are unable to provide service on your booked and paid for appointment, we will contact you to make alternative plans, which may include a full refund. Thank you.
