Cancellation Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy Please read the entire booking and cancellation policy below which you agree to by booking. A copy is emailed, and another copy is provided in the Q & A section of the website. 1) WHEN YOU BOOK A place in our schedule is reserved exclusively for you. We start preparing for your appointment in advance of the session itself. We guarantee to turn up prepared and ready to work with you at the booked time. You acknowledge that when cancellations occur within 48 hours of your booking, the capacity to refill your timeslot with another client is significantly lost, hence we incur a potential loss of income. Therefore, cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment have an impact, and as such, refunds are not given. Please ensure you want to buy before you purchase. We understand 'stuff happens' and, where possible, offer alternatives below. 2) CANCELLATIONS a) Cancellations with 48 hours prior notice: Refunds are not given for cancellations or no-shows. You can, • Reschedule to a new date and time for use within 3 months, by clicking the 'view appointment details' link in your confirmation email, or • Find another person to use your same booked session, or • Transfer to a Gift Card for use within 3-months, or • Donate forward to a person in need of the service. We will notify you once the service has been booked and used. b) Cancellations within 48 hours of a booked appointment: Refunds are not given for cancellations or no-shows. If you cannot attend, we allow you to find another person to use your same booked session. Otherwise, 50% of the $ value of the booking is forfeited. With the remaining balance, you can: • Reschedule to a new date and time for use within 3 months, or • Transfer to a Gift Card for use within 3 months, or • Donate forward to a person in need of the service. 3) RESCHEDULING Where rescheduling is allowed (see above) click the 'view appointment details' link in your confirmation email. Rescheduling is subject to availability. 4) LATE ARRIVAL If you are running late, text or call as soon as you know. We stick to the allocated time you booked with us. Refunds are not given for time missed. We urge you to please be on time. 5) NO SHOWS No refunds are given for people who do not turn up to a booked appointment. Thank you.
