Life is sometimes tough

Recently, however, it feels like problems keep piling up, even small ones. These issues disrupt usual routines and leave many people feeling unsettled. We keep circling back to the same thoughts, feelings, and frustrations. This leads to a lot of worrying without making real progress. As a result, we are starting to feel the effects of ongoing stress and pressure.
