The "Deep Relaxation Range" is carefully designed to awhi (support) your tinana (body) into a state of deep soothing rest. This experience allows your hinengaro (mind) to unwind and let go. As you receive a rejuvenating mirimiri treatment, your tinana is afforded a well-deserved opportunity for retreat and restoration. The space is a cosy, warm and a healing environment. The Half Body Treatment ***************************** Upper body, lower body, front side or back - you choose. This one-hour deep relaxation will help you to unwind and let go completely. This offer is perfect for the person who needs to escape from the outside world for an hour, and just receive a little something back. A time to treat your hauora (health/life) and unwind from the busyness of life. You will be surrounded by a sense of peacefulness during this session. The gentle background sounds will take you on a journey while the mirimiri releases stress and tension. This session is designed to relax your tinana and hinengaro while supporting your mauri (life force) to rejuvenate.

Cancellation Policy

Please read before booking. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Preparation begins before you arrive, so we ask that you book mindfully. 1) Cancellations We do not offer refunds for cancellations, change of mind, sudden circumstances, or illness. However, we do offer flexible options where possible. a) If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, you may choose to: Reschedule within 3 months, gift your appointment to someone else, transfer the value to a Gift Card (valid for 3 months) or donate your booking to someone in need. b) If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you may: Send someone else in your place (no loss of payment). If not, 50% of the booking fee is forfeited. The remaining 50% may be used to reschedule, gift, transfer to a Gift Card (valid for 3 months), or donate. 2) Rescheduling You can reschedule through the ‘view appointment details’ link in your confirmation email. Rescheduling is subject to availability. 3) Running Late Please text or call if you are running late. Session length may be reduced depending on schedule. No refunds for missed time. 4) No Shows If you do not attend and do not notify us, no refund or alternatives are offered. 5) Sick or Unwell Please do not attend in person if you are sick. You may reschedule, gift, transfer to a Gift Card (valid 3 months), or donate your session. 6) Recording Respect No audio, video, or photographs are permitted in sessions without clear permission from both client and practitioner. 7) If We Need to Cancel If we are unable to provide your service, we will contact you to make new arrangements, including offering a full refund if needed.
