The "Deep Relaxation Range" is carefully designed to awhina (support) your tinana (body) into a state of deep soothing rest. This experience allows your hinengaro (mind) to unwind and let go. Starting with a foot soak before receiving a rejuvenating mirimiri treatment. Your tinana is afforded a well-deserved opportunity for retreat and restoration. The space is a cosy, warm and a healing environment. An ideal escape from busyness. Neck, Hands and Feet ************************* Neck, hands and feet are the unsung heroes in our everyday lives! The feet are crucial for bodily function, acting as the foundation for support, balance, and movement. They also serve as shock absorbers and provide sensory input to the brain, influencing overall health and well-being. Our hands enable us to engage with the world performing everything from simple tasks to complex actions. They have a vital role in touch, communication, letting us express emotions and convey messages through gestures and body language. The neck often becomes tender, sore and strained during stress and poor posture. This is no surprise as it has a vital connection between the head and body, providing crucial support for movement, the spinal cord, the larynx for speech and breathing, and serving as a pathway for blood vessels and nerves connecting the brain to the body. This treatment will provide a well-deserved mihi (acknowledgement) to your neck, hands and feet.

Cancellation Policy

Please read before booking. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Preparation begins before you arrive, so we ask that you book mindfully. 1) Cancellations We do not offer refunds for cancellations, change of mind, sudden circumstances, or illness. However, we do offer flexible options where possible. a) If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, you may choose to: Reschedule within 3 months, gift your appointment to someone else, transfer the value to a Gift Card (valid for 3 months) or donate your booking to someone in need. b) If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you may: Send someone else in your place (no loss of payment). If not, 50% of the booking fee is forfeited. The remaining 50% may be used to reschedule, gift, transfer to a Gift Card (valid for 3 months), or donate. 2) Rescheduling You can reschedule through the ‘view appointment details’ link in your confirmation email. Rescheduling is subject to availability. 3) Running Late Please text or call if you are running late. Session length may be reduced depending on schedule. No refunds for missed time. 4) No Shows If you do not attend and do not notify us, no refund or alternatives are offered. 5) Sick or Unwell Please do not attend in person if you are sick. You may reschedule, gift, transfer to a Gift Card (valid 3 months), or donate your session. 6) Recording Respect No audio, video, or photographs are permitted in sessions without clear permission from both client and practitioner. 7) If We Need to Cancel If we are unable to provide your service, we will contact you to make new arrangements, including offering a full refund if needed.
