Service Description

This coaching programme has been designed to support you through a transformative shift in order to achieve an important change from 'exhaustion or running on life's treadmill' to a revitalised shift in behaviour and energy. As the programme runs across a 12-16 week period, a general indication of session timings are: Session 1 | 1.5 hours Session 2 | 30 min checkin Session 3 | 1.5 hours Session 4 | 30-min check-in Session 5 | 1.5 hours Session 6 | 30-min check-in Session 7 | 1.5 hours Session 8 | 30-min programme completion. This programme is designed specifically to: * Refresh your hinengaro (mindset) * Be creative and practical in resolving challenges * Support your ngākau (heart space) to nurture necessary healing * Connect with your gut intuition and wisdom to restrengthen yourself and courage * Replenish your personal kete (basket) with tools that build on your strengths * Help lift your mauri life force and start restoring your overall togetherness. Cancellation Policy

Please read before booking. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Preparation begins before you arrive, so we ask that you book mindfully. 1) Cancellations We do not offer refunds for cancellations, change of mind, sudden circumstances, or illness. However, we do offer flexible options where possible. a) If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, you may choose to: Reschedule within 3 months, gift your appointment to someone else, transfer the value to a Gift Card (valid for 3 months) or donate your booking to someone in need. b) If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you may: Send someone else in your place (no loss of payment). If not, 50% of the booking fee is forfeited. The remaining 50% may be used to reschedule, gift, transfer to a Gift Card (valid for 3 months), or donate. 2) Rescheduling You can reschedule through the ‘view appointment details’ link in your confirmation email. Rescheduling is subject to availability. 3) Running Late Please text or call if you are running late. Session length may be reduced depending on schedule. No refunds for missed time. 4) No Shows If you do not attend and do not notify us, no refund or alternatives are offered. 5) Sick or Unwell Please do not attend in person if you are sick. You may change to an online session or reschedule, gift, transfer to a Gift Card (valid 3 months), or donate your session. 6) Recording Respect No audio, video, or photographs are permitted in sessions without clear permission from both client and practitioner. 7) If We Need to Cancel If we are unable to provide your service, we will contact you to make new arrangements, including offering a full refund if needed. 8) Online & Face to Face Session If you need to swap from a face to face session to an online session, or vise versa, please notify us as soon as you can.
