Service Description
If you have a vision, goal, or important outcome to achieve, this is the coaching designed to help you make it real. Through focused leadership coaching, you’ll gain the clarity, confidence, and capability to move from idea to implementation — aligning your actions with your values every step of the way. Together, we’ll refine your vision, strengthen your plan, and develop the practical tools, mindset, and strategies needed to navigate challenges, make decisions, and follow through. You’ll be supported to lead effectively through demanding and emotive situations, while staying grounded, resilient, and focused on tangible results. This coaching invites you to see yourself as central to the success of your vision. You’ll be challenged to explore how you lead — developing greater self-awareness, emotional agility, and the courage to step forward with purpose. You’ll gain: * Clarity and confidence in your vision and direction * A clear plan for follow-through and accountability * Resilience and focus to navigate challenges * Practical tools for decision-making and problem-solving * The ability to lead through pressure and emotion * Results that are aligned with your values and purpose Sessions are available face to face or online — providing a supportive, focused space to bring your goals to life and strengthen how you lead yourself and others. The duration of this coaching will depend on your vision and needs, and discussed at the initial enquiry.
Cancellation Policy
Please read before booking. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Preparation begins before you arrive, so we ask that you book mindfully. 1) Cancellations We do not offer refunds for cancellations, change of mind, sudden circumstances, or illness. However, we do offer flexible options where possible. a) If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, you may choose to: Reschedule within 3 months, gift your appointment to someone else, transfer the value to a Gift Card (valid for 3 months) or donate your booking to someone in need. b) If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you may: Send someone else in your place (no loss of payment). If not, 50% of the booking fee is forfeited. The remaining 50% may be used to reschedule, gift, transfer to a Gift Card (valid for 3 months), or donate. 2) Rescheduling You can reschedule through the ‘view appointment details’ link in your confirmation email. Rescheduling is subject to availability. 3) Running Late Please text or call if you are running late. Session length may be reduced depending on schedule. No refunds for missed time. 4) No Shows If you do not attend and do not notify us, no refund or alternatives are offered. 5) Sick or Unwell Please do not attend in person if you are sick. You may change to an online session or reschedule, gift, transfer to a Gift Card (valid 3 months), or donate your session. 6) Recording Respect No audio, video, or photographs are permitted in sessions without clear permission from both client and practitioner. 7) If We Need to Cancel If we are unable to provide your service, we will contact you to make new arrangements, including offering a full refund if needed. 8) Online & Face to Face Session If you need to swap from a face to face session to an online session, or vise versa, please notify us as soon as you can.
