Service Description
Kaumātua, Kuia & Gold Card Bodywork Sessions Our Kaumātua, Kuia and Gold Card Holders are welcome to choose from any of our bodywork modalities to support their wellbeing needs. Whether seeking relaxation, pain relief, improved mobility, or simply time to restore and rebalance, we will tailor the session to what feels right for you. Each appointment is up to one hour and is guided by your comfort and preferences. We apply pressure that is suitable for your tinana (body), always working gently, respectfully, and at a pace that supports ease and healing. You are welcome to kōrero with us during the session so we can adjust and care for you in a way that honours your hauora.
Cancellation Policy
For our Kaumātua, Kuia & Elders We value the time, energy, and wellbeing you bring to each session. Your appointment is prepared ahead of time, and the space is made ready especially for you. We understand that health, mobility, and life circumstances can change. These guidelines are here so we can care for you while also caring for our practitioners. 1) If You Need to Cancel: We do not provide refunds for cancellations, changes of mind, or sudden situations. However, we aim to be flexible and supportive. You may choose to: * Reschedule your appointment (within 3 months), offer your appointment to whānau or a friend, transfer the value to a Gift Card (valid for 3 months), or donate your booking to someone in need of support.. 2) Rescheduling: You can reschedule using the link in your confirmation email. If technology is difficult, please just call or text and we will help. Rescheduling is based on times available. 3) If You Are Feeling Unwell: Your health comes first. If you are unwell, please contact us. You may reschedule, gift, transfer to a Gift Card, or donate your session. 4) Arriving Late If you are running late, please call or text when you can. We will do our best to accommodate you, though the session may need to finish at the original time. No refunds are given for missed time. 5) No Shows If no one attends and we have not been notified, we are unable to offer a refund or alternative. 6) Privacy & Respect No photos, recordings, or video are taken during sessions unless both client and practitioner agree in advance. 7) If We Need to Cancel If, for any reason, we cannot provide your session, we will contact you to make a new plan. This may include a full refund. Thank you for your understanding, patience, and presence. We are here to support you with care and respect.
