Service Description

Matters of a wairua nature are not always clearly defined or simple to understand. A conversation with an experienced practitioner can be useful in making sense of wairua experiences. General guidance - help to interpret an occurrence - understand experiences - talk through options. Booking Fee $10 (non-refundable). We prefer to offer this service free of charge; however, include a minimum booking fee of $10 to hold a space in our calendar for you and to avoid 'no-shows' or repeat cancellations. It is payable at the time of scheduling a call and is non-refundable. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy

Please read before booking. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Preparation begins before you arrive, so we ask that you book mindfully. 1) Cancellations We do not offer refunds for cancellations, change of mind, sudden circumstances, or illness. However, we do offer flexible options where possible. a) If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, you may choose to: Reschedule within 3 months, gift your appointment to someone else, transfer the value to a Gift Card (valid for 3 months) or donate your booking to someone in need. b) If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you may: Send someone else in your place (no loss of payment). If not, 50% of the booking fee is forfeited. The remaining 50% may be used to reschedule, gift, transfer to a Gift Card (valid for 3 months), or donate. 2) Rescheduling You can reschedule through the ‘view appointment details’ link in your confirmation email. Rescheduling is subject to availability. 3) Running Late Please text or call if you are running late. Session length may be reduced depending on schedule. No refunds for missed time. 4) No Shows If you do not attend and do not notify us, no refund or alternatives are offered. 5) Sick or Unwell Please do not attend in person if you are sick. You may change to an online session or reschedule, gift, transfer to a Gift Card (valid 3 months), or donate your session. 6) Recording Respect No audio, video, or photographs are permitted in sessions without clear permission from both client and practitioner. 7) If We Need to Cancel If we are unable to provide your service, we will contact you to make new arrangements, including offering a full refund if needed. 8) Online & Face to Face Session If you need to swap from a face to face session to an online session, or vise versa, please notify us as soon as you can.
