Service Description

Mirimiri is traditional Māori healing practice that works with the body as a whole, recognising the interconnectedness of tinana, hinengaro, ngākau, and wairua (mind, body, spirit, emotions). Through flowing hands-on techniques, massage, pressure, minor stretching, rotation of limbs, and attentive presence. Working above and through the body in the wairua field, and on the body. Session duration options are: * 60-minutes (general maintenance) * 90-minutes (recommended for new users) * 2-hours (for people wanting a longer session) Mirimiri supports the whole person to respond to areas of tension, fatigue, stress or imbalance while encouraging rest and renewal. * Pressure and intensity is light to deep pressure. * Base oils, organic essences, and rongoā panipani is used where and when needed. Cancellation Policy

Please read before booking. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Preparation begins before you arrive, so we ask that you book mindfully. 1) Cancellations We do not offer refunds for cancellations, change of mind, sudden circumstances, or illness. However, we do offer flexible options where possible. a) If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, you may choose to: Reschedule within 3 months, gift your appointment to someone else, transfer the value to a Gift Card (valid for 3 months) or donate your booking to someone in need. b) If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you may: Send someone else in your place (no loss of payment). If not, 50% of the booking fee is forfeited. The remaining 50% may be used to reschedule, gift, transfer to a Gift Card (valid for 3 months), or donate. 2) Rescheduling You can reschedule through the ‘view appointment details’ link in your confirmation email. Rescheduling is subject to availability. 3) Running Late Please text or call if you are running late. Session length may be reduced depending on schedule. No refunds for missed time. 4) No Shows If you do not attend and do not notify us, no refund or alternatives are offered. 5) Sick or Unwell Please do not attend in person if you are sick. You may reschedule, gift, transfer to a Gift Card (valid 3 months), or donate your session. 6) Recording Respect No audio, video, or photographs are permitted in sessions without clear permission from both client and practitioner. 7) If We Need to Cancel If we are unable to provide your service, we will contact you to make new arrangements, including offering a full refund if needed.
