Cancellation Policy

Please read the entire booking and cancellation policy. WHEN YOU BOOK: * We exclusively reserve a place in the schedule for you. * We start preparing for your appointment and commence services. * We guarantee to turn up prepared and ready to work with you at the booked time. CANCELLATIONS: Ensure you want to buy before you purchase. No refunds are given if an appointment is cancelled. If you do not attend an appointment, the conditions below apply: 1. Cancellations with 48 hours prior notice, • Refunds are not given for cancellations. You can, • Reschedule to a new date and time, or • Find another person to use your original booking time, or • Transfer into credit for use at a future date. Must be used within 6-months, or • Transfer to a Gift Card that you can give to another person. Must be used within 6-months, or • Donate forward to a person in need of the service. 2. Cancellations within 48 hours: Refunds are not given for cancellations or no-shows. The capacity to fill a cancelled timeslot in this timeframe is significantly reduced, and we incur a loss of income. Therefore, cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment impact us, and as such, refunds are not given. Alternatives are the following: You can, • Find another person to use your original booking time. Failing that you, • Forfeit 50% of the $ value of the booking. With the remaining balance, you can, • Reschedule to a new date and time, or • Transfer into credit for use at a future date. Must be used within 6-months, or • Transfer to a Gift Card that you can give to another person. Must be used within 6-months, or • Donate forward to a person in need of the service. RESCHEDULING: Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to an appointment by clicking the 'view appointment details' link in your confirmation email. Rescheduling is subject to availability. NO SHOWS: No refunds are given for people who do not turn up to a booked appointment. LATE ARRIVAL: * If you are running late, text or call as soon as you know. * If other appointments follow yours, we stick to the allocated time you booked with us. For example, if the booking is from 10am-11am but you arrive 10 minutes late. We still finish at 11am, which means you only benefit from a 50-minute session, as opposed to a full hour. Refunds are not given for time missed. You are urged to be on time.
